FOSSCamp pre-meeting on irc this Sunday; Some Mountain View stuff

Hey folks. This is for everyone that is going to FOSSCamp to represent KDE in some fashion (directly, or as a user), we will be having a quick meeting this upcoming Sunday, at 21:00 GMT to discuss a few things. The irc channel will be #kde-fosscamp on irc.freenode.net.

The agenda for this meeting is:
1) Who is going to FOSSCamp
2) Arrival times and contact information so we can find each other...
3) Who is planning to give presentations, and on what topics?
4) Do any presenters need help giving their presentation?
5) Are there any topics that we need to raise with *ubuntu for which we need to present a unified front? (for example: getting translations upstream is a good start...)
6) If we decide on having one, when should we schedule our KDE BoF, and what would be it's main topics...?

And now onto some other notes and tidbits:

The release event invites have been starting to come back. The invites that we've had returned are a lot of 'yes' responses (about 80% of those who reply have said yes), but we still have many more people that haven't responded. Additionally, those that have suggested that they need travel assistance should be contacting the e.V. directly using their normal channels. See ev.kde.org for the appropriate details.

We've also had a few companies contact us about getting things into our attendee grab-bag. So far, we've been saying yes to companies that are inserting small items, like magazines or brochures, as long as they have some relationship to KDE. So, if you or your company has some KDE related business, and you have something small to throw in the bag, we'll help you spread the name of our partners.

Cheers folks
